For orders within Cairo and Giza, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. For other governorates, please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive.

Yes, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy on all items, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
