At Jil Egypt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your Jil Egypt account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization code.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags and packaging into the shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient time to collect the package from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
